Compressed air hoses
Compressed air hoses in different materials with different technical specifications and for different environments. The hoses are supplied with fittings and can also be supplied with swivel joints and relief in both metal and plastic.
Flex Boy hoses can be supplied as a “ready-to-use” hose set fitted with an Air Boy® blow gun.
Choose between hoses that can withstand sunlight, that can withstand pressure or that are oil-resistant. Our compressed air hoses are supplied in materials such as PA12 (polyamide 12), PUR (polyethane) and as reinforced compressed air hose in 3-layer PVC.
If you need an oil-resistant hose, we recommend spiral hose in PUR. If you need a hose that can withstand continuous sunlight, we recommend spiral hose in PA12. Finally, there are our Soft PVC hoses, which are suitable for most compressed air installations.

Recoil Air hose PUR – Flex Boy
Flex Boy is a super flexible recoil air hose made of PUR with a quality acknowledged in all industries. It is a super flexible hose, which is capable of bending without being damaged. The recoil hose is oil-resistant and keeps the flexibility at temperatures as low as -40 °C.
We recommend that our polyurethane hoses are not used in direct sunlight.
Our recoil hoses PUR – Flex Boy are available in different variants with fittings, plastic relief springs, JWL series 530 couplings and EURO nipple as well as with an Air Boy® blowgun mounted.

Recoil hose PA12
These nylon hoses are often used in environments where a slightly more rugged compressed air hose is required. The hose is very resistant to temperatures and pressure and at the same time it has a good ability to maintain its spiral shape.

Soft PVC air hoses
JWL soft PVC hoses are ideal for most pneumatic installations. The pneumatic hoses are super flexible and reinforced, which ensures a robust, heavy-duty and pressure-resistant hose.
CAUTION: please note that the lengths of the PVC hoses can vary with +/- 5%.
