How to customize your air blow gun
With Air Boy® push-in nozzles, you can easily change your blow gun and give it new specifications and uses.
The classic Air Boy® blow gun is suitable for many tasks. Yet, sometimes you may need special features. It may be that you need to clean inside a cylinder, you need to increase the blowing force or that you need to blow angular into a pipe. In many cases, it will require a new blow gun for the individual task, but not with the Air Boy® Classic.
The simplest and most straightforward solution is Air Boy® push-in nozzles, which are available in several versions. The push-in nozzles are easy to mount on your classic blow gun with ø8 mm pipe – and then it is just as easy to remove again. This makes it easy to change your blow gun to new specifications. Several of the nozzles allow your blow gun to live up to OSHA’s requirement of a maximum of 2 bar if the pipe is blocked.
Here we will give you knowledge about the different nozzles.
Assemble the push-in nozzle by pressing it on the tip of the blow pipe.
Remove by pushing the collar forward to the tip and remove the nozzle.
Air Boy®
Mini Thrust
Do you need to increase the amount of air? Then try the Air Boy® Mini Thrust nozzle, which pulls in extra air through the holes in the side of the nozzle via the venturi principle. At the same time, the nozzle makes your blow gun blockage-free and can therefore live up to OSHA standard STD 01-13-001 to reduce the pressure to a maximum of 2 bar (30 PSI), as the air leaves through the holes in the side.
Air Boy®
Silent nozzle
Do you want to reduce the noise level?
Then try the Air Boy® Silent nozzle, which reduces the volume. The nozzle is also blockage-free and therefore meets OSHA STD 01-13-001, OSHA 1910.95 (b) and EU 2003/10 / CE.
Air Boy®
Angle nozzle
Do you need to blow in an angle of 90 degrees?
Then the Air Boy® Angle Nozzle is the right choise. With four holes in the sides, this nozzle blows in four directions at a 90 degree angle. It is ideal for blowing into pipes and cylindrical objects. Block-free and therefore meets OSHA STD 01-13-001 at max. 2 bar (30 PSI) if blocked.
Air Boy®
Rubber nozzle
Protect delicate surfaces from scratches with Air Boy® Rubber nozzle. It is also suitable for blowing hoses. It is available in three variants of 35 mm, 25 mm and 15 mm. Here we show the version of 35 mm.
Air Boy®
